Veterinary Assistant
Katie is a full time graphic designer who joined Greenfield Animal Hospital part time in March 2019. She began working with animals in 2009 at the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society and has completed multiple internships towards earning her license to be a technician. Katie enjoys being able to see the drastic differences in an animal she’s helped and being a part of the reason a client leaves happy. She also enjoys seeing all the puppies. Katie’s goal is to continue helping people’s pets and to learn as much as possible so she can eventually complete her degree in veterinary technology and become a licensed technician.
Katie owns a deaf bull terrier named Maggie May and a Norwegian Forest cat named Moonman. She likes to spend her free time baking, cooking, riding motorcycles and playing music.
