Health Plans

We are now offering our own stand-alone Pet Health Plans for your dog or cat!

There are 4 different levels of plans; Puppy/Kitten Plan, Bronze Plan, Silver Plan & Gold Plan. Each Pet Plan lasts for 12 months.

Each plan includes:

FREE EXAMS | All year round, 7 days a week. Emergencies, vaccines, sick appointments etc!
ANNUALS COVERED | All recommended annual vaccinations and diagnostics (ie: heartworm/lyme testing, fecal analysis etc.)
DISCOUNTS | A 5, 10 or 15 % discount (dependent on level of plan chosen) on all other medications and/or services rendered!
AUTO PAY | Payments deducted right from your credit or debit card of choice! (excluding Care Credit)

UPON INITIAL ENROLLMENT:

One Time Initial Plan payment and First Months payment due upon initial enrollment.
Initial Plan payment will be waived upon re-enrollment as long as no more than 30 days lapses between coverage.
We require a Credit Card to be on file to process monthly payments. Care Credit Card cannot be used for recurring monthly payments.

Rehab & Fitness Center Greenfield Animal Hospital is proud to announce that our new small animal rehabilitation and fitness center is now open! This is a brand new state of the art facility houses numerous modalities.

Pet Salon & Spa Utilizing part of the upstairs building, Greenfield Animal Hospital added on a full time Salon & Spa Grooming services in the Fall of 2012, to further provide all in one experience for you and your pet!
