There are 4 different levels of plans; Puppy/Kitten Plan, Bronze Plan, Silver Plan & Gold Plan. Each Pet Plan lasts for 12 months.
Each plan includes:
FREE EXAMS | All year round, 7 days a week, 9am – 9pm. Emergencies, vaccines, sick appointments etc!
ANNUALS COVERED | All recommended annual vaccinations and diagnostics (ie: heartworm/lyme testing, fecal analysis etc.)
DISCOUNTS | A 5, 10 or 15 % discount (dependant on level of plan chosen) on all other medications and/or services rendered!
AUTO PAY | Payments deducted right from your credit or debit card of choice! (excluding Care Credit)
UPON INITIAL ENROLLMENT:
- One Time Initial Plan payment and First Months payment due upon initial enrollment.
- Initial Plan payment will be waived upon re-enrollment as long as no more than 30 days lapses between coverage.
- We require a Credit Card to be on file to process monthly payments. Care Credit Card cannot be used for recurring monthly payments.
